Stall Holder Application

Applications are now closed for 2025 Pregnancy and Post Birth Expo, we look forward to seeing you there!

Now three years running, this expo was birthed in 2022 by three pioneering local women wanting to change the landscape of maternal and child health in North Central Victoria.

Kasey, Sally and Shea wanted to bridge the massive healthcare gap that the Covid-19 pandemic presented to the local community, and hence the expo was born.

If you offer a service or product impacting mothers, babies or families, we want to hear from you!

Application fees are $75 per trestle table or setup space. This fee is waived for non-for-profit organisations.

Tables will be positioned in place; all you have to do is set up in the morning of expo day.

What to expect next

After applying to become astall holder, you can expect the following:

  • Within 2-4 weeks, someone from the NCMN committee will reach out to confirm receipt of your application and begin the review process. This includes review of your adherence to business insurance requirements, and organising payment (if applicable).
