Mothers, babies and their families are the cornerstone of our community. Support us so we can better support them.

Without our generous sponsors, community events such as the Pregnancy and Post Birth Expo would not be affordable to the vast majority of the local community. Expo visitors are not charged an entry fee; and all services, classes and workshops are complimentary as well.

By sponsoring, you further the committee’s mission to reach vulnerable and marginalised women and families.

This year’s Pregnancy and Post Birth Expo will be held at Kilmore Trackside, Kilmore, Victoria 3764.

As a corporate sponsor, you will be eligible for the following:

Have your brand promoted on our social media platforms, email newsletters, website and all printed advertising and marketing materials
Be individually acknowledged at the upcoming expo

Sponsor application

When sponsorship spaces are reached, applications will be closed.

Note there is a legal requirement for all expo stall holders to provide a copy of their business insurance.

What to expect next

After applying to become a sponsor, you can expect the following:

Within 1-2 weeks, someone from the NCMN committee will reach out to confirm receipt of your application and begin the sponsorship review process. This includes review of your adherence to business insurance requirements.
Within 3-4 weeks, you can expect to receive invoices/agreements for the sponsorship.
For Platinum and Gold level sponsors, we will start promoting your business on our social media platforms from 1 July till 31 October.
2 weeks before the expo, you can expect to receive an Expo Map (floor plan of the expo including your stall location).
